About Renova Angola
History
The party was founded on October 29, 1993, in Luanda, under the name PALMA – Partido de Aliança Livre de Maioria Angolana. In 2019, the III Ordinary Congress changed the name to PALMA-NOVA ANGOLA. On October 24-25, 2025, the IV Ordinary Congress approved the change to Renova Angola, along with the modification of the party's symbols, flag, insignia, program, statutes, and ideological line.
Since its creation, Renova Angola has defended deep reforms in the Angolan state, based on the principles of representative and participatory democracy, rule of law, market economy with social responsibility, and the fight against corruption.

Mission
To promote the political and institutional renewal of Angola through an efficient State that serves the citizen, to drive sustainable economic growth based on private initiative and economic diversification, to defend the dignity of citizens with progressive access to education, health, housing and security, and to consolidate Renova Angola as a responsible, credible, progressive and reformist political alternative.
Vision
To build a free, fair, prosperous Angola fully reconciled with itself, where success results from merit, work and free initiative, and where the State acts as a facilitator, not an obstacle.

- Orange Color — Energy, vitality and change; hope and optimism. It communicates with the People and the desire to transform reality without fear of innovation, uniting all transformation efforts with a call to action and National unity.
- Three Stars — Symbolize the three fundamental pillars of the party: Good Governance and Transparency; Good Education and Technological Innovation; Social Justice, Inclusion, Distribution, Equal Opportunity and Treatment.
- Enveloping Curves (Circular Arrows) — Refer to a continuous movement of renewal, progress and dynamism, also incorporating a notion of embrace to the Nation.
- Denomination — The 'RENOVA ANGOLA' font is strong and modern. 'RENOVA' as a verb of action, 'ANGOLA' symbolizes the territory, the people and the local commitment, conveying structure, order and firmness of purpose.
